But it didn't start off perfectly. I was driving Lindsey and the kids to the airport. We left at about 7:30am and her flight was at 9:45am. It takes about an hour to get to the airport, but after 10 minutes, Lindsey says "I forgot my phone!".
So, we turned around and went back to get it.

I had a great birthday yesterday, thanks everyone for your birthday wishes! We did the two and a half hour drive back to the Diamante area of Acapulco. We're only about 5 kms from the airport, so it's a convenient location to say goodbye to Lindsey...

Ruth and I got up at 3:30am this morning, and took Whiskey with us for the drive to Halifax airport. I'm writing this from the lounge in Toronto airport, waiting for my connecting flight to Kingston. Click here to read more......
