We relaxed for most of the day, until about 3:00pm when we left Whiskey behind to guard Sherman, and we took the little car into Portland, Maine.

It snowed overnight, just a dusting, but it was still snowing a bit when we left. Made it through Bangor and into the eastern part of Maine where there is still a lot of snow on the ground. Click here to read more......

Around 9:20am we left Whiskey to look after Sherman, and walked to el Centro (downtown) which was only about a 15 minute walk. We’re on a busy street, and we wanted to explore some of the churches and buildings so it didn’t make sense to have Whiskey...

Yesterday our daughter, Lindsey and son in-law, Justin came to visit us. They left Nova Scotia last Sunday and came to Ottawa via the States, stopping in Bangor, Maine their first night and then stopping a second night Click here to read more......
