How Has the Weather Been in Aruba? Typically Ordinary
There have been passing rain showers. Far from anything to ruin a vacation.
Rain in Aruba falls mainly over night and early in the morning. That is not to say you will not have a passing shower during the day however they are usually brief and generally last 10-20 minutes. We hardly ever leave the beach during a shower taking cover under a beach palapa or going into the ocean.
Weather forecast for the ABC islands valid until Wednesday morning 06:00, March 23, 2011.
Weather:
Today: Generally partly cloudy with no significant precipitation.
Wednesday: Generally partly cloudy with a few possible afternoon showers.
Forecast high will be 86°F and low, 75 °F.
Sunrise will occur at 06:38 and Sunset at 18:46.
Winds:
Northeast and moderate to fresh; 12 to 24 mph. Mainly during the day, an occasional gust to possibly strong; 25 to 31 mph.
Synopsis: No significant change is foreseen in the current weather pattern and a fair weather will prevail through tomorrow Wednesday morning. Cloudiness will thereafter move across the area later on Wednesday and would likely generate some shower activity over parts of the islands.
Sea conditions: Moderate with waves between 3 to 7 feet. Highest waves will occur over the Northern coastal and all the open waters.
Outlook until Thursday morning: Generally partly cloudy and a chance of a local morning shower along with an Easterly moderate wind flow.

Today Is A Little Better
I woke up several times during the night worrying that I was going to have to buy a new water heater, as the water never warmed up yesterday. I still think something is wrong because it's only a 30 gallon tank and shouldn't take that long. ...

Day 1 - Nevada
Sacramento to Ely, NV: 445 miles; 9 hrs. On Wednesday I realized I had no TV or internet connection - I mistakenly asked AT&T to turn it off on Apr. 1 rather than Apr. 2. No TV and no internet is hard to deal with when you...
