(PRWEB) July 27, 2013- SUP Yoga combines traditional yoga postures with the added element of floating on the water. This workout is great for people new to yoga, for those with more experience and for those looking to build a little extra core strength this summer.
During this unique land and sea retreat, guests will have the opportunity to practice yoga on and off the water. Offerings will include daily vinyasa
and restorative land classes and three days of Stand Up Paddle Board instruction and yoga. During this amazing six-night, seven-day retreat, guests will reflect not only on the fears that may arise on the mats and paddle boards, but also the fears that arise daily. Meditations and words of inspirations will begin to move guests towards overcoming fears and jumping into a life guests love even more. All levels of yoga and paddleboard students are welcome to attend.
