Planning Our First Trip to Asia. In Style!
We have some great news! After traveling through 23 European countries and 173 cities, we are finally getting out of Europe! Just thinking about it makes us feel goosebumps. But we are not only going to Asia, we are also doing it in style. First we'll make a stopover in Rome, where we'll be picked up by one of Gregori Gianfranco's drivers who will take us to Alimandi Hotel next to Vatican City (read our review here). We'll be probably spending the evening eating the best pasta ever and drinking Italian wine.
It is only the next day when we will take our first intercontinental flight to Tokyo. We have included 5 countries in our Asian getaway, all places we've been dreaming of experiencing first hand for years. We are very happy to have partnered with Japan Rail Pass and Japan Experience for a better understanding of the local culture and lifestyle. We are also going in the footsteps of Liz and 'Eat, Pray, Love' in Bali.
