This morning, we went to the other beach. This is a small beach that is only accessible by boat or a walking trail. We got there about 9:00am and we were the only ones there.

Yesterday morning we went for a walk on the beach. A long walk on the beach! Where we have been staying is in the city of Cancun, not the hotel zone. So we're actually about 4 kms (2.4 miles) walking distance just to get to the beach. Click here...

Our friend Alfredo only has Sunday as a day off work, so we took advantage of that by making a day trip out to Playa Roca Blanca. This is a beach about 40 kms (25 miles) north (west?) of Puerto Escondido. We've driven by the entrance to this beach...

It’s our last day here at Playa Zicatela, and Alex and I wanted to spend it on the beach. So we got walked down there fairly early (around 10:00am) and paid the 100 pesos ($8.33) for the nice lounge chairs and umbrella. Click here to read more......

Wednesday December 12...10:00pm Woke up around 7am and took Whiskey for a walk on the beach. She really seems to like walking on the beach...lots of different sniffs and smells, and she can run around with no problem. It was a beautiful clear blue sky...
