We spent the weekend relaxing. Sure, we did some walking on the beach and around the complex here at Jakkalsfontein Nature Reserve, but for the most part we just relaxed and stared at the waves coming in!
It's not really a "nature reserve"...we would almost call it a nature resort!

We dropped off the kids at daycare yesterday morning, and then had a few hours to ourselves. It's actually not called "daycare", they call this one a preschool. Not quite sure what the difference is, but it's probably something like...

We had been all prepared for a hectic weekend. The registration staff here at the campground had told us "we're all sold out" and "we're totally full". But once again, it wasn't exactly a hot and sunny middle of July weekend....

Yesterday was a relaxing day. We spent the morning getting the rest of our things into the apartment and sorting out our "kitchen". This apartment does have a kitchen, but it's a separate locked room off the balcony and there's no key!...
