Never did get a shower at the spot in Gibson City. I took those big shower key tags and checked out the facilities, but they looked like they hadn’t been used in weeks, and there were a bunch of dead worm looking things on the floor…it was nasty, so we waited until tonight.

Got up this morning and had a shower. Not the typical shower that we would normally have! You stand in the small shower room with a drum filled with water, and a curtain over the entrance way. You then dump cold water over yourself using a small bucket....

Monday February 23…8:30pm Glen and Steve had been parked on the next lot over from us, and they came round just before 8am to say goodbye. We do expect to see them again over the next couple of weeks, possibly as soon as tonight because they are headed...

Sunday November 18...11:00pm Went for a swim this morning and planned on having a shower afterwards...until we found out the showers are $1 for 5 minutes and we didn`t bring money with us! So we went back to Sherman, and Ruth was going to use the shower...
