Walked around the little village this morning. Glen had some educational math games she wanted to donated to the village school, so we stopped in there. Phillip introduced us to the teacher. He teaches about 24 children

Yesterday morning we walked into the nearby village of Istebne. They have one of the oldest churches in Slovakia in this village, one of only four remaining wooden churches. Click here to read more......
- Playa Zipolite (day 3)
At around 9:00am, we started walking towards the village of Zipolite. From there, we needed to take a collectivo taxi to the next village of Mazunte so that we could visit the sea turtle sanctuary. Click here to read more......

At 5 yrs of age I entered 1st grade in Sep. 1946. All through grade school I was very good in arithmetic, and still usually do the math in my head, and then check my figures on paper if it's important to me. The only time I use a calculator...
