The Cure?

I haven't been feeling well at all lately.  Nothing extreme, but I'm just lagging.  I've decided to maybe post once or twice a week if I have something worthwhile to say, maybe more often if there is a reason to do it.  I'm just tired and don't know why.

I saw one of PBS's doctor shows they put on just about every week to raise money.  I started watching this one last night - this doctor believes in treating illness with good nutrition rather than medicines, where possible.  He gave a list of things he considers important for daily consumption to maintain good health.  One is to drink a glass of red wine daily; another is to eat dark chocolate daily.  I got so excited about those two I didn't pay enough attention to the rest of the list.

I went to Costco today and bought 3 bottles of red wine and a big bag of dark chocolates, and have started on my new health regimen.  I'll let you know how it goes!

- Just Checking In
Life has been fairly quiet since I've been back, but I thought I'd just pop in and say "Hi".   I finally got back to my chiropractic treatment today, and already I feel so much better.  He told me that I actually had done pretty...

- Question Answered

- What A Bummer!
After months of feeling increasingly better I now feel like crap.   Hopefully this will only last a few more days and I can get back to life again.   The wind is blowing today and I'm not sure if it is blowing more allergens and...

- Progress
Yesterday Jeannie offered to take me to Target and I jumped on the chance to get out.  We spent quite a while in Target and then stopped by Costco - didn't stay there long because by then the back of my right leg started hurting so badly that...
