For the fifth year running, leading timeshare marketplace RedWeek.com releases its list of Top 25 timeshare rental resorts. The Top 25 ranking is calculated using statistics from the site's more than 1.5 million registered users.

For the fifth year running, leading timeshare marketplace RedWeek.com releases its list of Top 25 timeshare rental resorts. The Top 25 ranking is calculated using statistics from the site's more than 1.5 million registered users.
Making the move to the number one spot this year is Harborside Resort at Atlantis in Paradise Island, Bahamas. Following close behind in the number two and three spots are Marriott’s Maui Ocean Club in Hawaii, and The Manhattan Club in New York. Making the list for the very first time are Marriott’s Ocean Watch Villas at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara in Carlsbad, Calif.
Disney’s Beach Club Villas, which held the number one spot for the last three years, falls to number four; and last year’s number two resort - Disney’s BoardWalk Villas – makes a dramatic descent to number ten. Both of these resorts are located in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., just outside of Orlando.
