ARUBA January 24th, 2013- Lady Luck moved into Aruba’s Glitz Casino at La Cabana Beach Resort, Eagle Beach with the casino’s Grand Opening on last Wednesday. This is just opening week and Glitz Casino is already giving away a total of Afl. 20,000 among visitors over the first four days as a “bonbini” gift for merely signing up at the Player’s Club, where guests will receive a free ticket for the raffles. In addition, members of the Player’s Club can earn extra raffle tickets by playing and earning points, whereas for every 100 points they will receive 1 extra ticket.
FEEL THE VIBE from January 24 through the 27th, when every evening Glitz Casino is giving away Afl. 5,000 cash, for a grand total of 20 thousand florin! Sign up early to increase your chances of winning. The cash prizes will be drawn every hour from 7 to 11 p.m.
The casino is open to the general public after 10 p.m. on Wednesday – after the ribbon cutting ceremony, until 4 a.m. and thereafter daily from 10 a.m. to 4 a.m.
Kicking off the four-day opening celebration, Glitz Casino is featuring Dushi Band on Thursday. Two young local talents, Levi Silvania and Angelo Koolman, will entertain guests on “Dia di Betico”, Friday and on Saturday, the animated Grupo di Betico. Closing the opening festivities on Sunday is one of Aruba’s most booked bands, Tsunami.
Glitz is located inside the lobby of La Cabana Beach Resort and is open to island visitors and locals alike. The casino floor with much ‘ambiente’ is populated with 200 of the most modern and liberal slot machines and poker machines, many with link progressives! And if table games is what you like, there are nine table games to choose from, including Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat and the ALL NEW Pyramid Stud Jackpot Poker.
