Friday April 11…10:00pm
I slept with no problems last night, but Ruth said she heard the traffic a fair bit. Either way, we were up at 7am, and on the road pretty much right away. We stopped at around 9am for breakfast and internet. Our goal was still to get to Greenbelt Park outside of Washington, and because we travel on the side roads, we don’t make very good time.

Another good day. And, another good overnight spot. With 323 kms (200 miles) ahead of us we were on the road by 8:30am in keeping with our goal of arriving at our destination before 2:00pm. Again, for this journey up the west coast we're staying off...

Slept fine at the Roanoke Rapids Walmart. Got up about 7:00am, and hit the road right away. It’s a Sunday, so we want to make it past Washington and Baltimore while the traffic is hopefully a little quieter. Click here to read more......

My internet connection held for a little longer yesterday evening, so I checked my air card usage. I used 4455 out of 5120 "whatevers". I always have problems converting from bytes to kilobytes to megabytes, and now I have to deal with gigs! That was...
