Valentine's Day is creeping up and love is in the air!
Neuhaus was founded in 1857. The first shop opened in the Galerie de la Reine in Brussels, the first glass covered shopping arcade of its kind. The original Neuhaus boutique is still incredibly beautiful and luxurious and a destination in itself while visiting the Belgian capital.

Valentine's Day Belgian Chocolates #Giveaway from Neuhaus
And because we love sweet surprises, we decided to help you enjoy a memorable Valentine's Day this year.
So here's the deal. We put in the chocolate filled hearts in collaboration with Neuhaus - the masters of Belgian pralines themselves. You put in the flowers, candlelit dinner and diamonds. Sounds fair, right?
C'mon, there's nothing more romantic than heavenly delicious bite size chocolates! Which reach superlative levels of yumminess when they come directly from Belgium.
The Neuhaus chocolates come heavily recommended.
First of all, the Belgian praline was first introduced to the world by Jean Neuhaus in 1912.
Three years later, his wife invented the 'ballotin' - the luxurious, typical Belgian packaging for pralines.

When we visited Brussels last summer, we fell in love with the Neuhaus pralines. They have quite a few shops around the city - including one in the gorgeous Grand Place - as well as around the world. But we have to admit, out favorite was the incredibly decorated shop in Galerie de la Reine, a chocolate wonderland that was extremely difficult to leave (even after stuffing my handbag with delicious chocolates).
